It was constructed according to the traditional architecture of houses that were being built a century ago using only natural materials such as stone and wood, with half a metre thick walls to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Several small wooden framed windows and doors circulate the air and contribute to keeping the temperature comfortably stable.

The roof trusses have been constructed from solid wooden beams that have been cut from our native Cretan cypress trees which are derived from strictly controlled cutting and have had absolutely no chemicals added to them. Even today the faint aroma of cypresses permeates the rooms.

The villa has been built to fit its natural surroundings and not a single tree was sacrificed. Our interior decorator has made sure you will have contact with natural materials, our handmade drapes and rugs are of natural fibers.

Villa Anastasia affords absolute privacy and is suitable for up to 6 persons. The villa also has a valid GNTO (Greek National Tourism Organization) license.

Cleaning is done on a daily basis (except Sundays) and you get to choose the time you want your rooms cleaned. Leave all housekeeping to us and enjoy a holiday free of everyday life worries.

Linen and towels are replaced twice per week.
